[110702] beast asia tour in sg
Monday, 29 August 2011 @ 22:16
Beast recently came back to our sunny island for the fourth time for their Asia Tour in Singapore. The event consisting of their performances, a short interview by 100.3FM's Ken as well as games with certain lucky fans took place on 2nd July 2011 at Max Pavilion which lasted for about 2 hours.

Beast started the fanmeet with a performance of 'Special", one of the songs from their 2nd mini-album, 'Shock of the New Era', followed by 'Soom', which is from their 3rd mini-album. The audience roared with excitement and loud fan chants were heard throughout their performances.

They had a brief interview by the emcee of the event, Ken from 100.3FM. The audience also sang leader Dujun a birthday song in Korean afterwards as one of the Korean crew brought out the birthday cake.

They then proceeded to personally picking out ticket stubs to choose the lucky winners to play games with them! Aren't the winners lucky?

After the games, they continued to showcase their talents and brought down the house with spectacular performances of various songs like 'Beautiful' (from 4th mini-album), 'On Rainy Days' and 'Fiction' (the oh-so-popular songs from their first album, 'Fiction & Fact').

The "fake" ending was extremely abrupt and all of the audience were puzzled.... Then cheers of "ENCORE!" filled the crowd. Fortunately, yes, they got their wish! They started off by singing 'Oasis' (2nd mini-album) followed by 'I like you the best' (4th mini-album). Beast then ended their Asia Tour in Singapore with 'V.I.U' (3rd mini-album).

Lastly, this is the cut of Beast featuring their Asia Tour in Singapore from Episode 4 of 'Exciting Cube TV'. Do check it out for anything we've missed!

We hope you enjoyed it and hopefully for all the B2uties, Beast comes to Singapore again very soon!

[101119] u-kiss fansign session
16:58
U-Kiss came back to Singapore's shores for the 3rd time in mid-November 2010 to participate in the 'The Kings of Freedom' concert featuring U-Kiss as organized by the Aljunied GRC held at Bedok Reservoir. Below is the coverage by us at their fansign which took place on 19 November 2010 at IMM Level 3 Garden Plaza, do enjoy!

Firstly, the host of the event got them to introduce themselves (then again, it was redundant since everyone already knew them!). They then proceeded to play games with the lucky people previously selected beforehand.

The participants of the first game got an autographed U-Kiss poster each as well as hugs and hi-5s from the friendly members!

The next batch of people who were chosen to play games with them had to guess who drank the lemon juice judging by the members' expressions after that (all of them had to act as though they drank it. They are very good actors!). And it turns out that.... Xander got it! The lucky winner got to walk away with Xander's autographed shirt and the others also got fabulous prizes like other members' personal belongings.

The founders of ukissmesg/@ukissmesg also went up on stage after the games to present Kevin his presents (his birthday was nearing!), a guitar and a cake. They are known to organize many fan projects related to U-Kiss, e.g. message book to U-Kiss along with 7 specially prepared books to teach U-Kiss Singlish in June 2010, so do join their site if you are a Kiss Me!

They had their fansign afterwards and the boys were all very nice to the fans. Did I mention, U-Kiss has one of the best fan services around? Xander and Kevin then represented U-Kiss to say a goodbye speech to all the fans before leaving, promising them to come back next time if they have a chance to. Do check out the video below!

We are sad to say that we have no good quality photos and videos from their concert at Bedok Reservoir (remember, we promise YOU the best!) and hence decided not to post any up. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!

Although it is regretful that Xander and Kibum had to leave U-Kiss earlier this year, we are sure Kiss Mes are extremely grateful to have them in Singapore before that had happened. Nevertheless, do support the 2 new members, Hoon and AJ!
