Project Espoir is a site made to provide interviews, photos/fancams as well as the most accurate information on events in Singapore. Although we are focusing mainly on Korean events within the country currently, we would like to reach out to a wider prospective soon.

You must be wondering what is behind the name "project espoir". Think no more! Espoir is a word in French; it means "hope, expectancy; hopefulness, prospect; trust". This project focuses on hope and expectancy; YOUR hope and expectancy to see the most accurate information, best photos and fancams, as well as interviews from us. We aim to give YOU the best.

We will also try our best to update this site with the following:

- big scale fan projects with certain fanclubs in Singapore in conjunction with any Korean events in Singapore,
- links to places for you to buy your kpop goods/join Korean sprees e.g. G-Market,
- recommendations for Korean dramas, and
- our opinions on anything Korea(n)-related, etc.

For any event promotions, press conference invitations, media coverages and release and last but not least, enquires, you may contact the admins of project espoir at projectespoir@hotmail.com.

[110702] beast asia tour in sg
Monday, 29 August 2011 @ 22:16
Beast recently came back to our sunny island for the fourth time for their Asia Tour in Singapore. The event consisting of their performances, a short interview by 100.3FM's Ken as well as games with certain lucky fans took place on 2nd July 2011 at Max Pavilion which lasted for about 2 hours.

Beast started the fanmeet with a performance of 'Special", one of the songs from their 2nd mini-album, 'Shock of the New Era', followed by 'Soom', which is from their 3rd mini-album. The audience roared with excitement and loud fan chants were heard throughout their performances.

They had a brief interview by the emcee of the event, Ken from 100.3FM. The audience also sang leader Dujun a birthday song in Korean afterwards as one of the Korean crew brought out the birthday cake.

They then proceeded to personally picking out ticket stubs to choose the lucky winners to play games with them! Aren't the winners lucky?

After the games, they continued to showcase their talents and brought down the house with spectacular performances of various songs like 'Beautiful' (from 4th mini-album), 'On Rainy Days' and 'Fiction' (the oh-so-popular songs from their first album, 'Fiction & Fact').

The "fake" ending was extremely abrupt and all of the audience were puzzled.... Then cheers of "ENCORE!" filled the crowd. Fortunately, yes, they got their wish! They started off by singing 'Oasis' (2nd mini-album) followed by 'I like you the best' (4th mini-album). Beast then ended their Asia Tour in Singapore with 'V.I.U' (3rd mini-album).

Lastly, this is the cut of Beast featuring their Asia Tour in Singapore from Episode 4 of 'Exciting Cube TV'. Do check it out for anything we've missed!

We hope you enjoyed it and hopefully for all the B2uties, Beast comes to Singapore again very soon!
